Terms of Use
Last updated: June 24, 2026. These terms govern the use of SpaceOnne, including the public website, web application, Telegram Web App, iOS and Android mobile applications, wallet, ONNE, Protocol 101, digital miners, Atlas, community features, and related services.
1. Acceptance of the terms
By using any SpaceOnne surface, the user confirms that they have read and accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable rules of individual features. If a user does not agree with the terms, they must not use the website, web application, Telegram Web App, or SpaceOnne iOS or Android application.
2. Role of the platform
SpaceOnne provides a software environment, interfaces, and internal mechanisms through which users interact with the ecosystem, blockchain networks, digital assets, Atlas tasks, Protocol 101, the community, and accounting features. Blockchain networks, external wallets, third-party providers, app stores, user devices, GPS, internet connections, and external addresses are not under SpaceOnne’s full control.
SpaceOnne is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, insurer, investment adviser, broker, dealer, general-purpose payment system, or guarantor of digital-asset value unless expressly stated in a separate applicable document and required by law.
3. Jurisdictions, the United States, and access restrictions
The user is responsible for ensuring that their use of SpaceOnne, digital assets, staking, tasks, deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers, and decentralized tools is permitted by the laws of their country, state, region, or other jurisdiction. A U.S. citizen, resident, or tax resident, or a person in another jurisdiction with special digital-asset rules, must independently evaluate applicable restrictions, reporting requirements, taxes, registration duties, sanctions prohibitions, and rules governing similar services.
SpaceOnne may restrict or deny access to individual features, assets, transactions, or regions when necessary to comply with law, provider requirements, security controls, sanctions screening, anti-fraud checks, technical resilience, or ecosystem protection. Nothing in these terms constitutes an offer of securities, derivatives, investment contracts, banking products, or financial services in a jurisdiction where such an offer is prohibited or requires separate registration.
4. Account and security
- The user must use only their own account and protect access to the web account, Telegram, mobile devices, wallets, seed phrases, passwords, confirmation codes, and external addresses.
- The user is responsible for every action performed through their account, device, wallet, or authorized access environment.
- SpaceOnne may apply limits, checks, delays, confirmations, anti-fraud mechanisms, KYC/AML procedures, or manual review when necessary for security or compliance.
- The user must immediately stop using a feature and contact the platform through its official resources if they notice an error, unauthorized access, or suspicious transaction.
5. Wallet, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
The SpaceOnne wallet may support ONNE, GRAM (an asset on the TON network), USDT, and other assets; deposit addresses; withdrawals; internal transfers; staking; transaction history; and exchanges through decentralized tools. A user may receive deposits from external addresses at platform-generated addresses and send assets to external addresses when the relevant feature is available.
- The user is responsible for the correct network, address, memo/tag/comment, amount, token compatibility, and all other transaction data.
- Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. An incorrect network or address, incompatible token, or missing required memo/tag/comment may result in complete loss of the asset.
- A deposit or withdrawal may be delayed because of blockchain conditions, confirmations, maintenance, security checks, limits, sanctions screening, or anti-fraud checks.
- Internal ecosystem transfers may operate without a SpaceOnne fee unless expressly stated otherwise; network fees, third-party provider fees, or external-service costs may apply separately.
- SpaceOnne does not control external wallets or addresses, third-party exchange or payment services, blockchain validators, network nodes, or recipients’ actions.
6. Digital assets and ONNE
ONNE and other supported assets are digital assets of the ecosystem or external networks. They are not fiat currency, a bank deposit, an insurance product, guaranteed yield, or a promise of profit. Their availability, liquidity, market price, circulation rules, network support, and technical parameters may change.
Any public information about the official asset, networks, addresses, mechanics, or supported features must be verified through the platform’s official resources. The user independently assumes the risk of interacting with fake websites, phishing links, incorrect contracts, token imitations, external sources, and third-party interfaces.
7. Protocol 101, miners, and staking
Protocol 101 provides a layer of digital miners and ONNE staking. Miners may give a user staking utility and participate in the validation of Atlas content. Parameters for levels, accruals, miner availability, locks, fees, participation conditions, and checks are governed by current ecosystem rules and may be updated for security, resilience, content quality, and economic balance.
Any yield indicators, APY, rewards, validator commissions, or calculated values form part of the product mechanics and do not guarantee market value, profit, liquidity, unchanged rules, or immediate withdrawal.
8. Atlas and user content
- The user is responsible for the legality of capture, rights to submitted content, route safety, and compliance with rules governing public places, private property, road traffic, and third-party privacy.
- Atlas content may include photospheres, 3D capture, GPS metadata, route points, device data, proof of task completion, and technical review results.
- Before a result is credited, content may undergo GPS checks, AI-agent review, automated processing, manual review, and miner validation.
- SpaceOnne may reject, restrict, remove, re-review, or disregard content if it fails to meet rules, quality or security requirements, third-party rights, technical requirements, or the law.
- By submitting content, the user grants SpaceOnne the right to store, process, review, modify for technical compatibility, display, and use that content for the map, database, digital space, accruals, moderation, analytics, and product development.
9. Community and public activity
Chats, groups, achievements, profiles, and social features are intended for interaction among ecosystem users. Spam, fraud, malicious links, threats, illegal content, infringement of other users’ rights, disclosure of other people’s data, manipulation of activity, and impersonation of the official SpaceOnne team are prohibited.
10. Prohibited use
- SpaceOnne must not be used for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, money laundering, financing prohibited activity, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights.
- Users must not interfere with infrastructure, bypass limits, exploit errors, create fake accounts, manipulate tasks, spoof GPS, or transmit malicious code.
- Platform interfaces must not be used for conduct prohibited by applicable law, blockchain-network rules, app-store rules, third-party provider rules, or the separate rules of a feature.
11. Digital-asset and blockchain risks
Using digital assets and blockchain networks involves significant risk. Risks include volatility, loss of value, low liquidity, technical failures, smart-contract errors, attacks, forks, network congestion, confirmation delays, validator actions, external-wallet errors, third-party service failures, changes in law, prohibitions, taxes, inability to recover access, and complete loss of assets.
SpaceOnne does not guarantee uninterrupted network availability, transaction confirmation, recovery of assets sent in error, preservation of market price, absence of errors in third-party protocols, or the continued availability of exchange, withdrawal, staking, accrual, or support for a particular asset.
12. No financial, tax, or legal advice
Information on the SpaceOnne website, applications, interfaces, visualizations, calculations, prompts, and documents is provided to describe how the ecosystem works and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, brokerage, accounting, or other professional advice. The user makes decisions independently and, when necessary, consults independent advisers.
13. Third-party services and external infrastructure
Individual features may depend on blockchain networks, APIs, infrastructure providers, app stores, the user’s device and browser, the Telegram environment, internet provider, GPS, push services, external wallets, and other third parties. SpaceOnne is not responsible for their availability, rules, fees, restrictions, errors, actions, delays, API changes, or decisions to restrict access.
14. Changes to features and rules
SpaceOnne may update its interface, accrual rules, checks, supported assets, limits, fees, feature availability, content requirements, miner levels, staking mechanics, transaction routes, and these terms. Changes may apply immediately when related to security, law, technical resilience, abuse prevention, or user protection.
15. Intellectual property
The SpaceOnne name, interface, visual materials, texts, software, product logic, animations, brand elements, and documentation belong to their respective rights holders. The user receives no right to copy, modify, sell, extract source code, create derivative products, or use the materials outside the permitted user scenario.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpaceOnne is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, loss of asset value, erroneous transactions, third-party actions, blockchain-network failures, user errors, incorrect addresses, loss of access, provider restrictions, technical failures, changes in law, tax consequences, rejected content, delayed accruals, or consequences of the user’s breach of these terms.
17. Feedback
Questions about the terms, account, token, wallet, Atlas, security, data, or access may be submitted through the platform’s official resources.
