Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026. This policy explains what data SpaceOnne may process when operating the public website, web application, Telegram Web App, iOS and Android mobile applications, wallet, staking, digital miners, Atlas, and related user features.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
SpaceOnne is a cartographic RWA ecosystem built around the ONNE token, Protocol 101, Atlas, the wallet, and the community. For questions about privacy, your account, data, or security, use the platform’s official resources.
2. Data we process
- Profile data available in the selected access environment: Telegram ID, name, username, interface language, and avatar when supplied by Telegram; web-session or mobile-installation data when the user accesses the product through the web, iOS, or Android.
- Account and security data: access status, settings, sign-in events, technical logs, anti-fraud signals, and session information.
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser or application version, operating system, device type, locale, time zone, push logs, diagnostic events, and push tokens when the user enables notifications.
- Wallet data: public addresses, assets, deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers, transaction history, and related service records.
- Protocol 101 data: staking positions, digital miners, miner levels, accruals, statuses, and validation records.
- Atlas data: 360 or 3D task type, GPS metadata, route points, AI-agent review results, miner validation, photospheres, 3D content, and related proof of completion.
- Support messages and community activity when a user contacts support, participates in chats or groups, or shares achievements.
3. Why we use data
- To run the application, identify the account, and display the user’s wallet, tasks, staking, and history.
- To process deposits, withdrawals, exchanges through decentralized tools, staking, and fee-free internal transfers.
- To verify Atlas content through GPS, AI agents, and miner validation, and to store accepted results on the map and in the database.
- To credit ONNE, validator commissions, and transactions in accounting systems.
- To protect the service against abuse, unauthorized access, technical errors, and dishonest activity.
- To improve product and interface quality, infrastructure reliability, and user support.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the jurisdiction and the specific feature, we process data to fulfill a user request or contract, on the basis of consent, our legitimate interests in product security and development, and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Blockchain and public data
Transactions on public blockchain networks may be visible to third parties through a wallet address and transaction hash. SpaceOnne generally cannot delete or change those records, even when related records in the application can be updated or restricted.
6. Data sharing
We may share data with infrastructure, hosting, storage, security, and analytics providers; app stores; Telegram when the user uses the Telegram environment; blockchain networks; payment and network providers within platform features; and public authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data for advertising targeting.
7. Retention and security
Data is retained for as long as necessary to operate the product, maintain security, keep transaction records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable requirements. We apply technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. User rights
Depending on applicable law, a user may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, or objection to certain processing. Requests can be submitted through the platform’s official resources. To protect the account, we may request proof of identity or account ownership.
9. Residents of certain U.S. states
Where applicable U.S. state laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, cover a particular processing activity, users may have additional rights: to know the categories and purposes of data processing; request access, deletion, or correction; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. SpaceOnne does not sell personal data for advertising targeting. Requests should be submitted through the platform’s official resources.
10. Cookies, localStorage, and analytics
The website, web application, and mobile applications may use cookies, localStorage, secure device storage, installation identifiers, and similar technologies for interface language, sessions, security, diagnostics, notifications, and product improvement. A user can restrict some of these technologies in browser or device settings, but certain features may not work correctly.
11. Children, updates, and international processing
SpaceOnne is not intended for users who are prohibited from using similar digital services under the laws of their country. Data may be processed in different countries where our infrastructure providers operate. We may update this policy; the current version is published on this page.
